I need help with the flag to build a base.

As I said, unfortunately, the team speaker can't connect. It might be due to the region, but anyway, none of the methods worked for me to connect to the specified address. I've attached a screenshot for this purpose, and I've tried again, which is why I've included the other communication methods.

We are located in Germany. Regarding your base request: just wait until an admin is on the server and then talk to them about your base. Which region are you from?

First, you should perhaps include your in-game name so that I can see when you are online. Furthermore, I am not on the server all day because we also have other servers and projects that I have to manage.
